The Development Manager will work alongside the Chairperson to ensure
the efficient management of the business, organisational, legal,
governance and HR functions of the MACRO Building Management and its
community activities. The Development Manager is a key member of MACRO
Building Management team.
The Development Manager is responsible for HR, health and safety,
accessibility and all administrative functions across the company and
for the community development of the resource centre. The role is

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role requires responsibilities in the following areas:
* HR Management
* Operations and Facilities Management
* Health and Safety Management
* Finance and Governance
* Community Development
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal person for this role will have:
* Minimum of 5 years of administrative and project management
experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role with a remit that
included HR and/ or H&S is essential, and an understanding of the
governance of a CLG is desirable.
* A basic understanding of the MACRO Community Resource Centre and
its vision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT is essential.
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* A desire to work collaboratively to further the work of the
company.
* Ability to plan, organise and lead a project, to work
independently, and to work to deadlines, with flexibility around
working hours.
* An instinctive ability to be highly motivated and think
creatively.
